I take Synchro gold to keep my sugar levels down. I am a diabetic. The first time I took it my sugar readings were in 150s. I was prepared to wait a month to see the change, but instead the next day my reading was 130. I was stunned. I have continued taking it since then with continued even lower readings. My only problem is you keep raising the price (it's doubled since I started), and soon I won't be able to afford it. I am 80 yrs old and on a fixed income.

This has been a huge help for my pain. I have RA and was taking far too much IB. Now I take two Synchro’s in the morning and my IB only at night. This stuff is amazing.
